Yoga retreat in Sabina, Italy...the ultimate relaxing Easter break!

When we think of Sabina, and the peace and tranquillity of its beautiful countryside, we can't imagine a more perfect setting for a relaxing yoga retreat.

Well, this Easter, that is exactly what you will find here. The Gipsi Yoga retreat is being held for 4 days (and 5 nights) in the stunning Santo Pietro farmhouse just outside Coltodino, only around 50km from Rome.

Each day will begin with a 2-hour yoga, pranayama and meditation practice, and end with a sunset restorative yoga class.

Outside of the yoga class time, you will be free to enjoy the Sabina Countryside... to just go for a walk, relax and read, or even take part in an Italian cooking class! Indian head massage and Shiatsu Massage will also be available. As the farmhouse is very close to some interesting places, there is also the opportunity to explore Sabina a little further. Farfa Abbey, Canneto (home to the largest olive tree in Europe), and the olive oil museum in Castelnuovo di Farfa are all nearby.

The Santo Pietro Farmhouse

The last piece of this idyllic jigsaw is of course the food. Delicious vegetarian meals, (vegans and meat-eaters satisfied on request), will be prepared daily by the chef using the freshest home grown veg, delicious locally-made cheeses, home baked breads fresh from the bread oven, and of course, Sabina's famous olive oil. If the weather permits, (which, this being Italy in Spring, it undoubtedly will), dinner will be taken al fresco under the swaying branches of the olive trees, overlooking the incredible landscape around the Farmhouse. Just you, the hills, some incredible food and your fellow yoga companions. Sounds like the perfect relaxing Easter break to us.
